Mild  Steel

MILD STEEL ROUND BAR

A mild steel round bar is steel that has a low carbon content varying between 0.05% to 0.25% by weight. Mild Steel round bar is a highly machinable metal that can be molded into complex forms without introducing any commensurate stress. The Mild Steel round bars are used in the Forging industries, bright bar industries, auto-ancillaries, foundation and anchor bolts, pins, rollers, bushes, and many other industries. Mild Steel Round Bar is also widely used for plating steel components.

MILD STEEL SQUARE BAR

Mild steel square bar is highly versatile steel and is hence utilized in a wide range of applications. Mild Steel square bar is a sturdy material and so they are designed to be used in heavy-duty industrial structures, both semi-permanent and permanent. MS Square Bars are utilized in crane gantries, bullock cart axles, conveyors, truck trailers and tippers, bright bars, anchor bolts, and a variety of other technical applications.

Carbon Steel

EN-8

EN8 is an unalloyed medium carbon steel used in applications that demand superior qualities than mild steel but do not warrant the purchase of a steel alloy. EN8 can be hardened by flame or induction hardening to offer excellent surface hardness and moderate wear resistance. EN8 steel is a medium-strength steel with a high tensile strength. If heated and quenched, EN-8 would harden as does silver steel. But it is more appropriate for shafts, stressed pins, studs, keys, and so forth.

Carbon Steel

EN-9

EN9 is a medium carbon steel grade frequently provided in the as-rolled form. EN9 steel round bar is often used in high-temperature sections of gas turbine engines that demand high strength, outstanding high-temperature creep resistance, phase stability, and oxidation and corrosion resistance. Steel plates manufactured of EN9 carbon round bars can be flame-cut and normalized to your specifications.
